David Fair - Owner / Director

David joined the Drake Removal Homes business in 2001 as a sales consultant bringing his prior construction industry experience and a wealth of direct sales and marketing experience. David has prior experience as a Registered House Builder and Licensed Real Estate Agent. David also has a wealth of council approvals expertise having worked within Local Government in Building and Development Approvals.

Since 2001, in his sales role, David has assisted his many clients with removal house selling and buying as well as helping to facilitate all the other aspects of house removal including council approvals, service providers, contractors and other required services.

In 2023 David's passion and vast experience in the house removal industry led to him purchasing the business and David now owns and operates the business as well as maintaining an active role in sales and listings.

David, originally from South Africa is a keen surf life saver, an avid bushwalker and a dedicated family man.
